Support Questions (Updated March 12 2011)

I updated to Desi Music App version 2.7 and it crashes on iPhone.
This issue is specific to older iPhone OS. Please update to the latest version of the app from Appstore.

Song stops playing or I get "Audio Error"
1. Make sure you have the latest version of the app. Check the Appstore for any updates for the app.
2. This maybe due to slow network at your end. We are working at our end to increase our network capacity to support the volume of users. 
Do the songs play as well on 3G compared with WIFI?
Our tests have shown the songs to play continuously without interruptions on 3G, just as good as WIFI! Of course, if you are in place where the 3G network is poor, this may affect audio streaming.
I have a smartphone other than iPhone & Android (Blackberry, Nokia, Samsung e.t.c.). Can I listen to Desimusicapp?
Currently we only provide the iPhone & Android versions of the app. However soon we will have mobile version of Desimusicapp for other smartphones. Stay tuned! We know you will :)
